Refund policy

Returns and refunds. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy, contact us at safiadnan84@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items: unused items in their original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we will send a replacement or refund your full purchase price. Please include a photo of the problem. How it works: email us first with your order number. We will tell you how to return the item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Orders that have not arrived: contact us after 14 days and we will investigate or refund you.
